MATTHEW MUNSON

Matt Munson is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He holds a degree in English Literature. His background in the construction and restoration business gives him an edge over the typical agent and provides an invaluable resource for clients. As an agent, he is proactive and a true advocate for his clients. He believes that trust and integrity will always win out over pushy sales tactics. If he does not have an answer to a question, he will find one. He believes in hard work, operating under the knowledge that the right thing to do, and the hard thing to do are often one and the same. Matt prides himself on being loyal and reliable. When he is not buying and selling real estate, he enjoys playing music, fishing, boating, and woodworking.

SHEA PILSBURY

Shea is dedicated to connecting with her clients in a positive and meaningful way. She is eager to facilitate the journey of bringing her clients’ dreams into reality. Originally from New Jersey, Shea came to the North Shore to study Psychology and Creative Arts Therapy at Endicott College. Prior to her career in real estate, Shea polished her skills in marketing and client service while working with impact investment firm Arjuna Capital. As an agent, Shea seeks to educate and empower clients. She is organized, strategic, and data-driven. Shea’s attention to detail and devotion to her clients make her a true pleasure to work with.
